Annual Report
The Charity Commission
and Companies House require an annual report on the
finances and work of the Trust. The Trustees and their
Accountants, John Goulding & Co, are responsible for
putting the report together, which is then formally
accepted by the members at the Annual General meeting in
October.

Governing Document
When the Park was
established in 1986 the Trust established it's
Memorandum and Articles of Association which has since
been it's governing document for legal purposes. Until
recently there have only been a couple of minor changes
but this year it was decided to make a couple of
important changes to the with regard to increasing the
membership (currently only the Trustees), to include
members of the Friends of Cuerden Valley Park, and also
to allow for the annual election of an official Vice
Chairman, Greg Smith has been the unofficial Vice
Chairman for a number of years and has stood in when the
Chairman has not been available.
